Shipping and Delivery Policy

All orders are shipped from Canada, via Canada Post, with tracking. Orders will be shipped within 10 business days of purchase, unless otherwise stated in the product page of the item. Your order will be updates with the tracking number on your account page, once it has been shipped.

Shipping and handling are included in checkout and are paid by the buyer. All international buyers may incur additional fees such as, import taxes, duties, and tariffs. In these cases, it will be the buyers’ responsibility to pay these additional fees.

Due to the current corona pandemic, estimated delivery time may be longer or shorter than expected. Keep updated with the tracking number to see your orders’ current status.

Return and Refund Policy

Please note, these caps are individually unique with differences in cosmetics and stem fit. This is a final sale item unless items arrive damaged. In the event of damaged and/or lost product, please let me know as soon as possible to correct the issue. In many cases, that means sending a new product to the buyer at no addition cost.
